Ernest E. Johnson, Jr., 78, of Rocky Hill, beloved husband of Jo-Ann Cuvelier passed away Sunday, June 26, 2016. He was born August 22, 1937 in Agawam, MA, the son of the late Earnest and Ruth (Emmons) Johnson. He served in the United States Air National Guard. He was an avid Yankees and UConn Women’s Basketball fan. He loved his goats. Besides his loving wife, he is survived by his children, Tammy Crisp and her partner Glen Miller of Manchester, Tina J. Johnson and her partner John Sellick of Coventry and Robert J. Johnson and his best friend Warrene Haskell; his sister, Judith J. Anderson of Vernon; his grandchildren, Amber, Dylan and India; and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Donovan and Bryson. He also leaves his cousins, Harold Sanden and his wife Susan, Sandra Fuco and her husband John, Debra J. Dorio, Ann Johnson and her husband Rev. Dr. Douglas Johnson, and Roy R. Sanden; his special niece and nephew, Debra (Anderson) Hayler and Richard T. Anderson; his special friends, Dorris Provost, George Zocco and Rev. Bruce Johnson; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Kevin E. Johnson; his sister, Joan (Johnson) Bentley; and his brother, Robert F. Johnson.
