Erika Y. Brousseau, 35, of Vernon, CT passed away peacefully on Friday, April 14, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 17, 1981 in Vernon, CT. She fought for 2 long years and was a warrior against Cancer. She enjoyed reading, being outdoors with her dogs and was a collector of things she loved in life. She graduated from Rockville High School in 2000 and then graduated from Manchester Community college and also the University of Tennessee with a degree in Forensic Science. She enjoyed Anthropology and History and loved going on archeological digs. Erika was known to live her life on her own terms. She is survived by her parents Terri and Toren Bull, grandparents, Patricia and Leonard Anderson and Mary-Yvonne Brousseau, step brothers Toren Bull, Jr. and Jeremy Bull, aunt Tracy Dumont and her husband Richard; uncles, Chip Anderson and his wife Lori and Scott Anderson, cousins, Amanda, Sarah, Ben, Teresa, Marie; and many more wonderful extended family and friends. She is predeceased by her brother, Daniel Two- Turtles Bull.
