Marie Jeannine (Ouellette) Nadeau, 72, of League City, TX, formerly of Vernon, CT passed away peacefully Monday, May 8, 2017. She was the beloved wife of the late Evance Nadeau. She was born December 1, 1944 in Frenchville, ME, the daughter of the late Leonide and Roseanne Ouellette. She is survived by her daughter Kimberly and son-in-law Sam Hatch of Vernon, CT, her daughter Sharon and son-in-law, Randy Garabedian of League City, TX, her grandchildren Tyler, Ally, Kyra, & Lily Garabedian, her sister Rosemarie and brother-in-law Donald Pelletier, her brother Marc Ouellette and sister-in-law Diane, as well as many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Terese Ouellette and brother Camille Ouellette as well as her sister-in-law Raymonde Ouellette. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, her dogs, and being outdoors. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family from 4 to 7 PM on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at the Burke-Fortin Funeral Home, 76 Prospect St., Rockville, CT 06066. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at St. Bernard's Church, 25 St. Bernard Terrace, Rockville, CT. Burial will follow at St. Bernard's Cemetery, Rockville.
