Obituary for Priscilla M. Tremblay

Priscilla M. Tremblay, 91, of Vernon, passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018. She was born in Waterville, Maine March 28, 1927, daughter of Herman J. and Olevine (Roberge) Tremblay. She received her elementary education at St. Francis school and graduated from Mount Merici Academy in 1945. She was a member of Ladies of St. Anne, Daughter of Isabelle, Third Order of Mary and Honor Guard of the Blessed Sacrament. She was employed 37 years by the Internal Revenue Service in Augusta, ME and Andover, Mass; and was an active member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees. After she retired, Miss Tremblay was a 28 year volunteer at Maine General Medical Center at both Seton and Thayer. She moved to Vernon six years ago and became a member of St. Bernard Church and the Ladies Guild. She is survived by her sister “Penny” Henriette Beaulieu of Vernon, CT and several nieces and nephews and many cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, her brother Laurier J. Tremblay, sister Mary Jane Tremblay, sister-in-law Magdelene Tremblay, and brother-in-law Roger Beaulieu. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at St. Bernard Church, 25 St. Bernard Terrace, Rockville, CT. Burial will be held at St. Francis Cemetery, Waterville, ME in the spring.
