I live in Maine but my sister Judy Bigl was kind enough to send me the obituary of Gail's passing in the mail. I am so sorry to learn of Gail's passing and remember all our great times. My thoughts and prayers to you Jack and the family. Memories are our gift from God.

I am truly blessed to have grown up with the Ambrosi family. Always a fun filled adventure. Thank you for so many wonderful memories. Gail was an amazing kind, caring, loving woman who lit up a room and always brought joy and laughter to everyone she met. I will miss her beautiful face, laughter and warm hugs. I believe that my Mom and Gail are sitting side by side now, guardian angels, watching over us all. Jack, Laura, John, Michael and your beautiful families, words can not express how truly sorry I am. I was so sad to see the news of Gail's passing. I am so glad I was able to see her just before she moved to FL and to be in touch with her on line. I have such wonderful memories of us from the 50ies and 60ies I shall treasure always. My deepest sympathy goes out to Jack and family.....

GAIL WAS SUCH A LOVING PERSON AND SHE WILL BE SO MISSED.MY FATHER MICHAEL RAYMOND AND MARILYN RAYMOND WERE BEST FRIENDS WITH JACK AND GAIL AND WE WOULD ALL HAVE SO MUCH FUN AT COOKOUTS AT JACK AND GAILS HOUSE AND MY PARENTS MIKE AND MARILYN HAD SO MANY GOOD TIMES WITH GAIL AND JACK THEY WERE ALWAYS ALL SMILING AND LAUGHING ALL THE TIME WHEN THEY WOULD HANG OUT TOGETHER. MY FATHER MICHAEL RAYMOND WHEN HE WAS GOING TO HAIR DRESSING SCHOOL AND HE WAS LEAVING SCHOOL BECAUSE HE HAD GOT HIS LICENSE TO BE A HAIRDRESSER HE HAD MET GAIL FOR THE FIRST TIME BECAUSE SHE WAS JUST ENTERING HAIRDRESSING SCHOOL THEN YEARS LATER MY FATHER HAD OPENED SUBURBAN BEAUTY SALON IN VERNON,ROCKVILLE CT AREA AND ONE DAY WHEN HE WAS AT HIS SHOP WORKING A CUTE RED HEADED SMILING GAIL WALKED INTO HIS SHOP MIND YOU THIS IS YEARS LATER AND SHE WAS LOOKING FOR A POSITION AS A HAIRDRESSER AND MY FATHER NEVER FORGETS A FACE AND HE HIRED GAIL ON THE SPOT AND WELL THE REST WAS HISTORY AND THATS HOW MY FATHER MICHAEL RAYMOND AND MY MOM MARILYN MET JACK AND GAIL. MY FATHER MICHAEL RAYMOND SAID THAT GAIL WAS LIKE THE SISTER HE NEVER HAD. Gail, my good friend, an angel sent to me by God. Gail inspired me to live each day to the fullest. Even when she was in the hospital, she used her short time left to ask me about my family and their health. Gail never wore her illness or pain on the outside. She was always smiling and making every day count. Gail may have moved on, but the way she touched my heart will never leave me. And I hope that I will be blessed to meet her again when it is my time to move on from this place. God bless you all, and may he fill your heart with love and memories of Gail to help you make it through this difficult time.
