James E. Crabb, 54, of Enfield, passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2017. He was born June 26, 1963 in Hartford, son of Loretta (Tatro) Crabb of East Windsor and the late Gale Crabb. He was an Iron Worker employed with Local 15 and he loved to restore antique motorcycles and trucks. James was a collector of most things that worked. Besides his loving mother Loretta, he is survived by his siblings Donna Chasse and her husband Michael Bellerose of Windsor Locks, Kathy Connors and her husband Thomas of Broad Brook, Douglas Crabb of East Windsor; Jim's longtime companion Roseann Kelley of Enfield; his two grandchildren Emily and Sarah; his nephew Thomas Connors of Stafford, his niece Kelli Connors of Oregon, his great niece Danika, and his best friend Otis. The family would like to thank the LVAD team and the nursing staff at Baystate Hospital ICU Cardiology, especially Tanya Dwyer and Dr. Mara Slawski for their compassionate care. Relatives and friends may join the family on Saturday, July 29, 2017 from 2-5 PM at the Bassinger & Dowd Funeral Home, 37 Gardner St., East Windsor with a memorial service to follow at 5 PM.
